Roy was very knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful. He gave details on every step he was doing and what the possibilities of the issue. Luckily no parts were needed to be ordered at this time he was able to force reboot and turn the refrigerator back on. We won’t know more until 24 hours but he showed me how fab, and compressor both turned back on so we are hopeful. Our service was still covered by the warranty so not price or billing at this time.
