Technician came out to fix AC. Everything seemed to work. Two hours later I have water coming into my house and water stains on my ceiling. I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO CONTACT ANYONE AT SEARS TO COME BACK OUT TO FIX PROBLEM. Meanwhile I still have water dripping into my home. Very frustrated.

The technician was there for less than 5 mins and and said he knew exactly what was wrong. He said he moved the drum and heard a slight noise and said I would need to change the drum and a few other things. He then said it would be more than $2,000 to fix it, 😂. Really!? Within 5 minutes and wanting to charge for a repair a price that would be more than buying a brand new one. I may be wrong but it seems that they would rather not deal with the repairs.

My Whirlpool refrigerator is 3.5 years old. Called Sears and the tech told me to get rid of frig that it needed a compressor and the cost would be $900.00. Got a second opinion from Appliance Tech.
