My repair was under warranty. The service tech was on time, friendly and very informative. He did an outstanding job. Should I need service in the future please send the same technician.

The technician, Marc, was professional, on time, very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. The only issue was that when making the appointment it was done completely by an AI agent over the phone. AI got the spelling of both my name and street name wrong and whenever I tried to call back to correct it, I could never get a "live person" nor could I correct my contact information online. Thank goodness the technician, Marc, sent me a text message prior to my appointment time, to confirm my address!

Tech came out and diagnosed the problem, once he found out the problem, he ordered the part it was sent to my home and the next day he came back and finished the work.Awsome job and timing.Well pleased.thanks for your commitment.
