Sears sent LaDarius out to rescue my 2nd a/c unit which also chose to quit during this heatwave. It turns out a lizard somehow got in the ?”capaciter” I’m sure I said that wrong but…it fried it and thus no air conditioning. It is now back on and we are awaiting the temperature to come down from almost 90 degrees Fahrenheit. I plan to update once we are actually cool down lolololol Thank you LaDarius and Sears!

The technician, Marc, was professional, on time, very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. The only issue was that when making the appointment it was done completely by an AI agent over the phone. AI got the spelling of both my name and street name wrong and whenever I tried to call back to correct it, I could never get a "live person" nor could I correct my contact information online. Thank goodness the technician, Marc, sent me a text message prior to my appointment time, to confirm my address!
