As far as the technician, he was knowledgeable & quickly knew what was needed to fix the ice maker on my Samsung refrigerator. Even though it took 2 times too many( not because of the technician, but because of Sears using AI to do appointment settings) to get this resolved, The technician ordered the part on the 1st visit & on the 2nd installed it. Both of the appointments were less than 30 minutes each.

I had good service. , I could not use my dryer for a week and something was not right after the first tech. ask the second crew that came. Now my dryer is working perfectly. But I had to reschedule doctor appointments today twice because of the change in the service call.
