I had good service. , I could not use my dryer for a week and something was not right after the first tech. ask the second crew that came. Now my dryer is working perfectly. But I had to reschedule doctor appointments today twice because of the change in the service call.

Tech was friendly and professional. My only gripe is this. The diagnostic was waived if I agreed to the repair. I was never give the opportunity to agree to the repair. It ended up just being an easy fix but $300 for the repair is steep. I get the extended warranty would have lowered the price but we only own one appliance. I would prefer that I would get the price up front and the decide if I world be willing to go through. With the repair.

It took 2 hours to replace switches in stove and it didn’t fix problem and repairman didn’t put it back together right. so hard to turn knobs. Had to call for another repairman to come another day. Repairman followed protocol and was polite

If a customer concern is not addressed then it is unprofessional to wait 48 hours to rebook. I told her my father is on oxygen and can’t be hot. She offered an appointment 2 days later only to change it to the next day after my discontented response.

Bradley, came in and told my husband and I that he could not work on an induction cook top because he has not been trained to do this type of work. Then he pulled the schematics for the brand of appliance and consulted with his supervisor about what possibly could be wrong and then wrote and estimate of the repair costs. He sent this to my husband via text, however, the document he sent did not show all the needed information, so we still don't know what the parts were that needed to be replaced.

The tect was very nice. Overall repair timing for my washing machine was horrible. I started my claim at the end of Oct 2025 and I'm Praying that it fixed today Jan 8th 2026. Purchasing the warranty for Assurat was such a waste. There had been 8-9 visits to my home in regards to my machine repair. My washing machine is only 2 years old. Not going to buy G E products anymore.
