Never Showed when he said he would. Very professional and very knowledgeable. Sears kept changing the appointment date. I have no idea where he was having the part delivered to but it never showed. I bought the part from another supplier. Sears fumbled the crap out of this one. They did give me a refund for the part. However it took almost a month to get the repair of the washing machine completed. I live in a house full of women so there’s that to boot!

The dryer is not fixed the door still hangs. Tech. Told us to go to hardware store and find fix. Horrible service guy. Tried scaring family talking about the washer wouldn’t fall under warranty before he even checked. I need my dryer fixed since I paid $600 for a warranty.

Sears needs to follow through after leaving a home, this is ridiculous tried calling on the phone no help on hold forever no results! Travis states he came to my house and checked my washer, he did not even drive into my neighborhood! What bogus is this that the technicians can lie! Sears warranty sucks!

Had a tech come out to service my refrigerator. Said I needed parts ordered. The parts were on backorder so I had to wait almost 4 weeks for the parts to get here. Tech came back out to install the parts just to tell me they needed another part and by the way we can't install them because it's not covered. So now I'm back to step one and no working refrigerator.

This dude never showed up at all. Lied about showing up with a different address. Raymond does people dirty. I took off of work for him to be a no show. This company sucks. If this review could only post zero stars that's exactly what I would have clicked on.
