Great experience...tech quick and knowledgeable. Had my fridge fan replaced and back up and running in about 10.minutes and even loved on my dogs.

The gentlemen did a great job, very nice to deal with. I ONLY give 5 stars to the gentlemen doing repairs and ONE star for communications!! One thing I DON’T Like is the automated system to work with when you call for a service!! It’s very frustrating and much better to speak personally with someone. This is for Lowe’s warranty and Sears repair communications, NOT THE PERSON DOING REPAIRS!!!
