Repair of my washing machine was quick and easy. My repairman was on time and diagnosed the problem very quickly. He ordered parts and came back to fix the washer with no problem at all. He was very knowledgeable and a very nice individual. Thank you so much.

Absolutely phenomenal experience….very professional. The service tech (Christopher) should be promoted to Director of Marketing as he was able to clearly explain problem with appliance as well as definitively explain options regarding Extended Warranties available with Sears Service Group.
