Very nice man! Very professional and very knowledgeable concerning his job, parts! He knew exactly what my refrigerator needed and orderef the exact parts! I'm sitting here now hearing my ice maker make ice! The sound is magic to my ears! He is a great asset to the Sears Service Department! Thank You so much🎄🎁❤️
