Good experience
Jeremy arrived early, which was not a problem. He fixed a rodent-chewed wire that had just been repaired a few weeks earlier—at no new cost to us. He was very pleasant; even our cocker spaniel liked him.

Service Tech's Great, Web Service Software Not So Much!
Both tech's were fast and efficient. They communicated the issue very well and ordered the parts. Installation was quick. However, there was an issue with the part delivery. The part was delayed a day. The bar code scan on the packaging was lost in cyberspace, or somewhere. When we called the Sears Home Services phone number we could not speak with a human being to reschedule and the link on the software did not work.
