Louis was superb! He was efficient, professional, and friendly. I took out the protection plan because I wanted to— no pressure involved at all. If I need service ever again on my appliances, I will definitely ask for Louis.

Stan knows his job like a literal master. Any questions I raised about the job were known, answered with intellect, and put into terms easily understood. I would recommend him for any assignment dealing with air conditioning systems. Period.

The service tech was very pleasant to work with, he was great at communicating when he would arrive and was very efficient in our repairs. He did 2 service calls at my home for our kitchen stove, he fixed it to work until new parts came in, which came in within a few days, then he came right back to install them and my stove is like new again. Great service!
