The prices of repairs through Sears is out of control. While it was easy to book, and the technician was very kind and knowledgeable, It was a complete waste of time and money for both of us due to the outrageous pricing of repairs through Sears.

Absolutely the worst customer service EVER. They have cancelled three appointments in a row for warranty work on my wall oven. You CANNOT speak with a human; just not possible. They keep you in a hamster wheel while trying to speak with someone and it’s very frustrating. What is worse is that they just do no care about their customers; they advise appoints are between 7 and 5 making you wait all day for them to not show up. Will NEVER use them again. Would LOVE for someone from this horrible company to contact me, but I am sure when they look at their cancellations they will not even try.

Really disgusted with the phone service I had with the sales rep. Rude and ignoring what I have asked her. Just pushing me with a house call then it just got silance and it like she wasn't there for about 20 seconds. So I hung up. I don't recommend them. She didn't want to help.

I would give ZERO stars if possible. Our washer has been broken since December 17th, and dealing with Sears Home Services has been a nightmare from start to finish. This isn’t even the first time we’ve dealt with their incompetence. Back in August, they came out for the SAME issue. The first technician sucked water out of the machine with a shop vac and had the audacity to make ME clean it up afterward. He claimed everything was fine after removing a wedding ring from the drain pump but didn’t replace the pump itself. Fast forward to December 19th, when the second technician mentioned that the drain pump should have been replaced back in August! So not only did they fail to fix the issue the first time, but they also left us with a problem that resurfaced months later. After waiting two weeks for this December repair appointment, the replacement part arrived within three days, yet they still scheduled the repair for December 31st. On that day, I waited ALL DAY and missed New Year’s Eve plans with my family, only to be lied to repeatedly. First, I was told the technician, Mr. Dahlke, was assigned and would arrive at 9:01 a.m. Later, I was informed no technician was assigned at all! To make matters worse, they then tried to reschedule the appointment AGAIN to January 7th. This is beyond unacceptable. Sears Home Services has zero respect for their customers’ time, blatantly lies, and offers no solutions. My washer has been unusable for over two weeks now, and this horrid service has only made the experience worse. Do yourself a favor: AVOID Sears Home Services at all costs. They are unreliable, unprofessional, and a complete waste of time.

Ridiculous.. I have a protection plan through Home Depot. They came the first time and had to order a part. The part was delivered to my house two days later. I never heard from them so I called Home Depot back and they called and Sears said they are waiting on a part. I said I have the part at the house so please come fix it. They scheduled me another appointment, day of they no call /no showed. I called back and repeated the exact same steps 5 different times. It's now a month later and they still no call/no show. Again said they're waiting on a part. They are so unorganized. I'm past the point of livid.
