Brent did a wonderful/fantastic job fixing my fridge. He was very polite and professional and answered any questions I had. The only problem that I had was the notifications through text. A link was sent to me through the Sears notification system that stated the tech was Going to arrive at 11 AM. Thank goodness Brent reached out me when no one answered the door, since I was out running errands. I would 100% recommend Brent to anyone who needs repairs on their appliances. Additionally, I would go as far to say that he is the BEST technician that I’ve had thus far! Thanks Brent, Sears is lucky to have such a dedicated employee such as yourself!
