Technician was quick, efficient and personable. He clearly knows his trade well! I am NOT HAPPY with the scheduling system. I alerted you folks that part had arrived. Technician = 5. Scheduling =0 The inconvenience was huge and nearly painful.

This is the fourth or fifth time we’ve used Sears Appliance Repair over six years. Twice we’ve had the same technician. They are always polite and very knowledgeable. We’ve had our washer, dryer, dishwasher, and ice maker worked on with complete satisfaction. We highly recommend their service.
