Quickly diagnosed the issue with my icemaker. Ordered part which came within a week. Not only did Brent arrive the following day to install, he called me first thing in the morning to let me know what time he expected to be here, vs me waiting around for a window of 7:00am to 6:00pm

I’m totally blown away at how responsive and efficient Shannon, the technician, was in resolving my ice maker problem! He diagnosed the issue quickly, determined the ice maker no longer worked, had a new one in his truck, installed it, and was on his way in less than 15 minutes! Absolutely exceeding my expectations!
