I liked the service man he was wonderful .but I didn't like the time they rescheduled me.. they said it was on one day and then midday of that day while I'm waiting for them to come I get a text from the AI text stating that he isn't going to be able to make it out and I had to reschedule but other than that the service people were great

Luis was a nice and professional service technician. However, he did not fix the problem. Leaving me without a refrigerator for more than 4 days. This is very frustrating especially since he was here less than an hour and it cost me almost $200 for absolutely no results.

My serviceman was very courteous and worked hard. He seemed to work hard and determined a solution to my problem. This entailed paying for the inspection, and then giving me an idea how much a new machine would be. He prepared an estimate for the repair of the existing machine that I did nor authorize. The tech is awesome. But the AI scheduling is ridiculous! Even after finally getting to speak to a representative (term used loosely), I had problems with scheduling. They don't listen!!! I was rescheduled 5 times. I have to take off of work and they can't narrow down the window - between 7am and 6 pm is all I could get. I had the replacement part shipped to my house almost 2 months before the service tech came back due to AI or other artificial stupidity! The tech gets five stars, but the service (that is out of his control) would get a negative rating.
