Horrible! The technician never ordered my parts once he looked at my microwave last week. He blamed my warranty company for not answering even though they answer my phone calls within 2 minutes every time. So parts were never ordered and we have a party in 4 days . To top it all off, he hung up on me and wouldn’t answer his phone. He would only text! Horrible customer service. Who hangs up on the customer! He needs to be sent to customer service training..

This was the third visit for the same issue. The PREVIOUS serviceman before this one said we needed door hinge/brackets and added that if the parts did not fix the problem we would be refunded the price of the parts. After they did not fix the problem, I told this new tech what the previous tech told us. The new tech's reply was, "you mean you want me to take off the hinges I just put on?" Not the correct reply. I told him "fine - just leave it." I will just eat the cost of the parts. The new tech may know his stuff, but the entire "Sears" experience was less than an ideal experience.

Parts were received, tech returned to install the 5 rollers and idle arm. After about a week, it began to sound the same way, extremely loud. I made another appointment. New technician came out and said that the parts were not replaced Photos show that the pulleys had not been replaced. So where are the pulleys that were supposed to replaced? And why is this tech (Shannon) allowed to continue to work for Sears. Where are the new parts?

Service Technician was great.The time it took to actually repaired the washer was very frustrating.Was told it would be the next Friday then turned into the next Wednesday then was told it would Saturday.Then Saturday that was canceled by company.Then finally Wednesday the 17th of September it was completed.Price was was also very high.I understand a service charge.But parts charge and actual labor was to much.

Technician provided home warranty company blurry photos and a vague explanation after first visit. Next day technician came and went without talking to homeowner, and then closed the service order without repairing or justifying replacement of a/c system. Technician nonresponsive to texts and voicemail. Sears dodged responsibility and kept my money.
