We were very happy with the service we received from Francisco; he may be the reason we keep our service contract. He found the problem and fixed it. As opposed to a previous tech who just said parts needed replacing and then cancelled two follow up appointments. All employers can only hope to have employees like Francisco

He explained what he found in layman's terms He was very thorough diagnosing the problem Great attitude Very helpful and also presented a home appliance program to consider I did not know Sears had this service since our store in BRAZORIA CNTY, TEXAS was shut down. My parents and us kids (9 of us) have always been a SEARS FAMILY. I miss AUTO SERVICES that I could depend on for the quality being just a few miles away wherever I have lived. Eduardo arrived within time expected. He contacted me by phone to announce his arrival. He greeted me with a smile and I showed him the laundry room. He promptly started his evaluation and shortly after that let me know the problem. He then went to check if he had replacement parts, which he did. He started the repair and finished in a timely manner. He did an excellent job in my opinion.
