Our gas oven has had a recurring problem for several years, but it's one that can't be duplicated so the repairman couldn't help us. I have multiple videos on my phone that show the large flames from the burner and on which you can hear the loud roar, but he did not seem interested or able to make a determination from the videos. I am concerned about a fire hazard, but he had no suggestions for us. Our extended warranty expires 12/17/24 so I guess I'm going to have to pursue this with Sears with the videos as evidence.

The problem with my washer was not repaired. Emilio did try, but was not able to figure out what exactly to do to. I sorta understand because I have been trying for several days. Thanks to him for the work he did. Today we bought a new washer! So we should be good for another 10 years.

The service person was very nice & polite but left the burners leaking gas. I can't get in contact with anyone in Sears. I had to call Gas company to detect the leak

Dishwasher fails to drain

3 MONTHS AND REFRIGERATOR IS STILL NOT FIXED
I am beyond frustrated and completely fed up. Eduardo and Sears Home Services have been to my house six or seven times in just the past three months, and my refrigerator is STILL broken! Every visit ends with some excuse — "waiting on a part," "we'll come back next week," or "it should work now" — but nothing ever changes. I've wasted so much time taking days off work, rearranging my schedule, and hoping this time it would finally be fixed. It's honestly unbelievable how a company this big can't repair a simple appliance after so many visits. The customer service is awful, communication is terrible, and no one seems to care that I've been without a working fridge for months. This whole experience has been a nightmare. Do not use Sears Home Services — they'll waste your time and leave you with the same broken appliance you started with.
