This guy was able to clearly explain what was wrong and what could go wrong in the future and how to handle it if it does. He fixed the stuck flap and waited to see if it stayed unstuck. He also checked all the major working parts and verified that they were working. He even cleaned out the area behind the fridge so that nothing would block the are flow.

I received a text with notice that the technician would be at house within 30 minutes. Tech was there as promised within 30 minutes. Tech was very professional and was able to diagnose issues in a matter of minutes. The Tech discussed options that allowed me to make an informed decision on what was best for my situation. (I was very appreciative of that.) I was able to get back to my daily schedule with very minimal interruption. Excellent experience and would definitely use Sears Hime Services again.
