Kenneth came at time said. Worked on machine found problem. Replaced parts needed. Was very professional in his manners. The machine now works excellent. It is a 1986 Kenmore he recommended keeping as long as I can.

I have never done this, but in this case, you need this input, and I feel that I am not the only one that has had this experience with your service (Sears Home Warranty). When you are having a major problem with your appliances in this case the washer and dryer you need a person (Representative), not a computer system to help you with your problem. You had defective parts, poor communication on which appliance was scheduled, not knowing your own schedule of parts or their availability or arrival causing technicians travel time and rescheduling. I will stop here, and I hope you understand what happens when a wife doesn't have her washer or dryer for over a month?!!"@&$)((;;:/?!!😡🤬me😢🥶🥵!! There was so much more!!!!!
