Wade was professional, polite and thorough...HOWEVER - he informed us of contract matters and coverage that we were unaware. The Sears serviceman who came out and repaired our refrigerator and sold us on the home warranty told us that our air conditioners WERE COVERED. Freudian slip perhaps as you will repair them, but for a cost. Next, after Wade looked at our outside AC unit, he could not find any information on the make, model, etc. He informed us that due to a company policy, he could not work on the unit because of that. Their is nothing in your warranty contract that states that. Wade is likely a good repairman, but is working for a company with truth in merchandising issues.
