The technition was great. With the washer The repairmen we have had on the dryer are also exemplary however we called on our dryer for a broken drive belt. The technician replaced the belt and the dryer would not start. 4 more parts were ordered two weeks age they came out and replaced the parts that came in still not working so they ordered motor and another control panel which we recoeved and now we war waiting on the belt that was the original issue. This is going on three weeks we have had to rent a dryer the last 2 weeks and they won't be out until the 19 th.

Well the technician check out my washer and dryer told me what was going on gave me some tips on how to handle the washer and dryer combo got it working again which good came today in good timing didn't have to wait to long like last week the last week I was waiting along time but he didn't show up mostly about 3 days alot of the time the technician canceled the appointment because he couldn't make it but today it was different came around after 1pm stayed look at the machine did his job. Well all is working now
