We thought all the parts had arrived that were needed but one was missing and another was damaged on arrival to the point of not being able to be used. Our tech was able to finally fix our freezer with what did come and parts he had. I am so grateful as it was 3 long weeks without a freezer and our fridge was not working great due to the issue. He is amazing and I am so grateful!

Excellent. Took dryer apart and knew exactly what was wrong with it. The previous guy just guessed without taking anything apart and was totally wrong. Abel was able to fix the dryer knowing what was wrong after he took the time to take it apart and fix it. Well done. Deserves a raise!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Chandima is EXCEPTIONAL!!! He is very smart and we learned a lot from him today. He truly is an excellent technician! My only issue with Assurant and/or Sears is my appointment was originally scheduled for Tuesday Afternoon, then somehow moved to Wednesday afternoon, and then, for some reason moved to this morning. I had to keep changing my schedule, but we were THOROUGHLY PLEASED WITH CHANDIMA!!!
