Jesusa arrived on time and got right to work. The home warranty folks opted to replace the unit, so Jesusa did not have to repair my broken washer. She was prepared to do it if necessary, however.

The technicians acknowledged the problem in a professional manner and provided good customer service. The only drawback is the Labor cost of the repair which was ridiculously expensive.

The technician called when he was on his way and arrived as scheduled. I was kept in the loop the entire time. The technician was efficient, explained the problem, fixed it, leveled the washing machine and left. Very courteous and professional. Knew what he was doing.
