He was courteous and seemed to be knowledgeable. I was concerned about the drops of water left on the dishwasher that was going to be put back under the counter. He left the towels for me to clean up and I had to ask him to dispose of the old part. * I will add that 7 months later it is working perfectly. Thank you.

He came in and looked at the refrigerator less than 5 minutes. He said the seal needed to be replaced. The ice machine is still not making ice and refrigerator is not staying cold. He came out few times and it’s a guessing game. Parts are being replaced but the issue is not being resolved. The issue has been going on for over a year. We had to throw away food multiple times.
