Dennis, the first technician was wonderful. The second service technician was an hour and a half late, he called and said he could not come to my house because the phone number was written on the address line. I gave him my address and pleaded with him to please come to do the work, because I took off work he said he was sorry but he could not come to my house. He never did come by. Bad business Sears. Thanks anyway, I tried.
