Technician was excellent. I am very unsatisfied with Samantha. There were problems scheduling and when I finally got frustrated and requested to talk to an actual person, Samantha told me that would not be possible. If I have problems with your AI again, I will cancel my full house warranty and find another company to take care of my appliances.
