Sterling with Sears Appliance Repair was absolutely fantastic! He repaired the burners on an oven I purchased for my mother after they suddenly went out, and he made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was going on and what needed to be fixed. You can tell he really cares about doing the job right. The burners are working perfectly now, and my mom is so relieved! Highly recommend Sterling if you need appliance repair excellent service from start to finish.

Repair tech showed up 2 1/2 hours earlier than expected. Provided an analysis of the window unit. Determined that it had a burned out control board. Checked with Frigidaire and determined this part is no longer available. He reported that information to Frigidaire. Thanks Ricky.
