3 weeks in a row and no morning call about eta. First 2 weeks I wait at home until 1 something at which time I get a text saying "sorry can't make it today please reschedule" today I wait until 12 noon at which time I left at 12:30 I get a TEXT not a phone call saying tech will be there at 1:15. I reply that I'm not at home anymore. Around 1:00 I finally get a call from a real person saying he's at my house. I tell him I'm not home and he says we will have to reschedule. This apt time of 8 to 5 is terrible especially when you get texted that someone will call you in morning to give a more precise time and then they never call. You just get texted after missing a whole day of work TWICE and my daughters field trip to the STATE CAPITAL OF TEXAS for a third apt that never happens

Less than 1 star if possible. Nothing really against the technician. It's More the company itself. We were without a washing machine for over a month, we had to go buy a washing machine so we could wash clothes. Good thing we did because we were rescheduled 4 TIMES. Technician said all the supervisor's were fired when I asked to speak to someone when the technician didn't want to check to be sure the washer worked. Everyone wants to blame everyone else yet nobody has a solution. They said "I understand" but they dont. We have 4 kids and we NEED our washer. But they didnt havw answers but they "understood" 🙄😡When I called to try to talk to someone about all the reschedules and customer service there was NOBODY to be found. Never will I by the "warrenty" again.

Tech got 1star because it wouldn’t let me post with 0 stars. He didn’t do anything but say he couldn’t fix the dishwasher door because customization was the problem. He also did not replace the pieces that he removed from underneath the dishwasher. He just left them lying out on the floor.

No diagnosis for washing machine. Washing machine was never repaired. Highly recommend not using sears.

The washer still isn't fixed, it senses the load, washes then stops. I've changed the settings twice this evening and finally set it to rinse and spin. Clothes are soaking wet. The tech has been here 5 times now, this is unacceptable. Either report it as unrepairable or send a more qualified technician. Sat. June 1: Fighting the washer all day today. Starts a cycle, then stops. Have to manually switch it to rinse and spin, then switch it to drain and spin. Have removed about $20 in charge from it. And still doesn't work like it should. I'm fed up with it , so something needs to be done. Also it makes this God awful grinding noise as it changes over to a different cycle. Lowe's or Sears is fixin to get a washer dumped on their front entrance.
