When I first contacted for repairs. I let them know I was 86 yrs. old and the window unit was in my bedroom. I was set a appt. for June 5th, then the 15th and then the 20. My tracking link said that you had ordered the parts, even after they were here. No where on the phone line could I leave a message that I had the parts and was desperate to get the unit fixed. Had to go back thru like a first call and asked for a superviser and they said it would take 24 hrs. the operator asked what was wrong and I told them and they came the next day. It just seemed haphazard.

He did alright work. Found rigged setup fixed that. Found rigged parts fixed that after 450.00 part. Left base off which causes dishwasher to tilt out when u open door.

No way of speaking with customer service. Repair Appointment cancelled no notification. If there is no access to a human contact there is more chance of poor customer service. Once parts were received the tech made the repairs in a short period of time. Getting to the actual repair appointment was very frustrating.

Repair guys were nice, but it took 3 trips to get it right. Our house was struck by lightening. We had a repair man come and assess our oven. He was kind, and ordered a part. We were charged a service call. 2nd repair man came and said the part ordered was the wrong one? Said we had a “cut wire”, and ordered a different part. Cut wire?? Last repair man came, finally after almost 3 weeks did the repairs. Of course we were charged more than originally quoted but we had to change necessary parts. Also, the automated notices that let you know when your repair person would arrive were not helpful! Texts came saying they would be at our house between 0300 and 0500 in the morning. 😳 The communication between parts ordered and arrival was always about a week off as well, so the repair person was schedule to come, but the part(s) hadn’t even arrived.

Poor attention to customer, relaying information regarding the condition of the broken appliance, and not informing the CHW problems to be fix or offering suggests on taking care of problem. He could not take directions to clients residence, understand language differential to understand the client, and to conclude was making suggestions where to buy a new AC instead of Sears.

Too difficult to cancel and return parts. Get rid of (AI) need real people to speak to. I will never use this service again. The only good was technician who helped to cancel and return parts. HE ALSO had trouble doing this. Hopefully, I will receive the refund for the cost of the parts on my credit card!!!!!
