Great time spent with me though we couldn't replicate the issue encountered multiple times with sound and vibration he shared how I can monitor and what may be the cause based on videos I had taken of the problem and shared.

The technician was courteous at first. When he was in the process of fixing our fridge he somehow shattered the beautiful glass dome of our chandelier. It's irreplaceable and I was in shock. I didn't know he cut himself as I was in shock and he got angry that I didn't seem concerned about him. He kept saying that he needed to fix himself first and was very rude when I offered to help patch up his hand. I understand he might have been in shock as well, but the experience was awful. Our fridge was never fixed and I'm devastated that our beautiful chandeliers are now ruined.
