Do Not Use this Technician
2nd time not being able to complete the job. After a week still no AC. Now job has been passed to another company with no explanation.

Tech was very poor in communicating issue or what he was doing and did. Didn't say but bout 4 words the whole time and it was always do you have the payment. Not even exaggerating that. He didn't even do what originally was called in and I even explained to him once more to make sure he knew and still only did the easiest and nothing on the main issue. Awful Awful Awful

Fixing my washing machine.
he was in rush or something he no wanna try to open the back of my washing machine to see if the washer electronic control board is working he just wants to get the visit money and leave .

MISSING IN ACTION
I had an appointment for a technician to come today between 8am-5pm, he called at a little before 6pm and said he would be coming. He texted me and ask if anyone would be home between 6:30-8pm, I responded saying "yes". I continued to wait. He never arrived. This the second time that the technician has not come on the appointed date, (last month and again this month). I am requesting that me future appointments be in the AM and on the date assigned. Please call for further information. I am extremely disappointed.
