Disposal-wasted time
He was relatively quick to discover what I had already told him in person and on the call when I scheduled. My concern is why didn't he have the replacement disposal with him? Now I have to wait another 2-5 days to get an appointment and waste another day (8-5) waiting for a repair person to install a new garbage disposal that we both knew I needed before the repair man came to my house. Why do you bother getting information about the problem and type of garbage disposal if you aren't going to use it to cut down the customer's loss of time and an additional trip on the repair person's part? Extremely inefficient for the customer and repair person.

The person said he couldn't make a diagnosis if the problem did not exist. He immediately said it was the filters because they were dirty, without checking the unit because he sees it all the time & was certain this was the problem. He kept on saying how the company wanted them in and out. He made me to believe he was spending too much time at the premises. He barely checked the unit out. He used his meter to show me it was both cooling & heating.

Technician responded to F70 error code, did some troubleshooting, and replaced the dryer thermal heat fuse. He did not vacuum out underneath the drum when he opened up the bottom (i only discovered this later). Plus, the fuse only lasted 2 loads. And the clothes were extremely hot, when i went to remove them. i had only set them on normal dry, because they were casual clothes. I then placed load from the washer into the dryer, another casual load, and dryer would not start. So the fuse is doing what it is supposed to, however the problem was not fixed by the technician. it is very difficult via phone and/or website to make a warranty call and/or get an appointment.

My dryer wasn't heating enough to dry the clothes. He checked the dryer and couldn't find a problem. It's still not working.

Issue not resolved
Jorge was very efficient and professional during the service call. Unfortunately it did not solve the problem. I came home around 3:30 and found water leaking from the ice maker all over the floor. The original proble had not been resolved.
