After 2 months of repair visits by two different people Tim did it. Fridge is working. Ice making is still slow today. Will replace filter and see if that helps

Thomas did the best he could based on his knowledge. For years, I had a Sears repair person, not A& E. For my annual washer dryer maintenance check, they took front off dryer and top off washer. This is the third year the dryer vent gets vacuumed, I can only image what's around the drum that Sears reps used to take time to clean. The guy was nice but I don't feel like I get what I pay for now compared to the days when Sears was still Sears.

Although it took a while to get my replacement part and consequently, my appointment for the part to be installed, Jorge P was great. He tolerated my dogs, was on time, was very professional, and quickly assessed the situation and replaced the part.

He swapped out the board and parts of the ice maker. The old one made a little ice then froze up. Now no ice at all and the filter light stays on, even after changing to brand new Samsung water filters. Where the water used to come out and fill a glass, now the water runs 6 seconds and shuts off.

Our new freezer needed repair. The first time the service guy diagnosed the problem and said parts would be ordered then he would come back. The parts arrived over several days. I got a text stating the repair date with a window of 8-5. On repair day, he called and gave us 22 minutes warning. Neither of us were home. We understand we are supposed to be available during the window, but 22 minutes notice seems too short. The service guy acted as if he were the one inconvenienced by his lack of notice. When he arrived, he said "oh, you are getting a new ice maker?" Well yes because you are the one who ordered it. I give him 5 stars for quality of work and 1 star for customer service.
