Nicholas was absolutely the best repairman I have ever had. He was polite, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He did not waste any time and made the repair quickly. He was extremely careful in protecting the finish on the washing machine. He was an outstanding representative of Sears and went above and beyond what I have experienced with other repairmen. His goal was to provide the best service possible and he did. I know your rating system has the highest rating as 5, but in my opinion his performance rates a 10 plus!

Brandon did a great job installing the part. However, once again the number 2 and 3 buttons did not work. Brandon said he would report this and for me to check on it Monday. This is obviously a faulty part from the manufacturer.
