Kenneth was great to work with on our maintenance agreement. He was pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable. I really think he was the best person Sear's has sent out to service our appliances .

Juan was very informative. He conducted test, visual inspection and found parts that needed to be ordered. Parts should arrive in approximately 5 days. I did pay my part for the insurance coverage and I just waiting for parts to arrive. Thanks
