Jonathan is an exceptional individual, professional, and a good representative for his company. This service call was a bit tense, as the unit is not covered by contract, the homeowner thought it was. Jonathan checked with his office to make sure and provided as positive feedback as he could due to the situation. His calmness made the situation stay smooth.

I bought this refrigerator because my family has had Kenmore refrigerators for decades, back when they were made domestically by Whirpool or Frigidaire. This one is apparently made by the notoriously cheap and unreliable Daewoo company in South Korea. It lasted less than 4 years. No more Kenmore for my family.

I have recently had several horrible experiences with Sears appliance repair for an issue with my refrigerator. Paula came out to repair a problem with my Air Conditioning and gave me hope in the type of customer service Sears provide. She was the ultimate professional, arrived on time, resolved my problem quickly, and gave me tips on how to maintain my system. She and her partner are the best.

Nicholas was absolutely the best repairman I have ever had. He was polite, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He did not waste any time and made the repair quickly. He was extremely careful in protecting the finish on the washing machine. He was an outstanding representative of Sears and went above and beyond what I have experienced with other repairmen. His goal was to provide the best service possible and he did. I know your rating system has the highest rating as 5, but in my opinion his performance rates a 10 plus!
