Great service
I was so thrilled with Juan the tech. He was so kind, answered all my questions and I had lots, was never in a hurry and very polite. Thank you Juan for making my problem not seem that bad. Hope he is the one who comes back if I have any other problems.

I have had 3 previous Sears techs come out since May. The first one replaced the icemaker (no ice); the second said, "oh, the first tech forgot to push this lever down" (no ice). The third said that a part was needed. Waited TWO months for the fourth tech. Kudos to Jon who did thorough testing and determined that the part was not needed and he fixed the water flow issue. I finally have ice! BUT it is coming out of the dispenser very slowly. Can the technician please return to check that out?

Technician was professional and knowledgeable. However, I am not. a fan of Sears' just in time delivery of parts policy. It is not respective of customers' time. Also, 8-5 arrival window is abusive. I arranged to be at home during work hours 2 days instead of 1 appointed day.
