Up until this point we were very disappointed,Last tech never showed up,yet we got a "sorry we missed you text!! I'm home all the time.And my husband (Stephen) took the day off that day!! For nothing...So this experience much better,quicker and he knew what he was doing corresponding with ins.co correctly,As that hadn't been done rt before.Its been a two mo process when it could've been done correctly weeks ago!! So ty too Ricky for finally getting our situation resolved in mins!!!! Not months!!!
