Quick and Efficient
The repair and working with Sears tok 2 months...and 3 different service techs. I don't know WHY, but bad communication, system updates and bad software had a hand in it. That has never been my experience with Sears before. Dionysios has serviced our dishwasher before, but first time with clothes washer. Everything went smoothly and all parts were installed to working order. Our laundry room is hot. I'm sure it was no picnic. Thankful he endured and got us going again with custom settings being available again

Our dryer was making a big racket and a Sears technician found out right away that a part of a plastic coat hanger had gotten into the machine through the lint filter. It was resolved (along with other things) and the dryer works perfect, with no major work required - yay!

Neil, is an awesome Tech. He is professional and understands what the issue is and corrects it, and if he can't he will get the information he needs to complete the task. He is very professional and represents Sears like it should be. Neil treats you like family and that's the way all employees should be. Neil deserves a raise.

Very professional, friendly, and communicated everything he found and did. He was knowledgeable on the appliance and was able to quickly find and fix the issue. I appreciate that he was the technician sent out. I know if I have future maintenance or repair work done I would be thrilled to have him as my technician.
