Your technician, Kenneth, was prompt, knowledgeable, efficient and represented your company exceptionally well as did Tracy, your customer service representative. However, making telephone contact with Tracy was excruciatingly difficult due to your inefficient telephone system. The prompts were confusing and limited. Then after an unnecessary amount of time it took to get routed to the correct location I was placed on hold for over 80 minutes. In what world is that acceptable.
