Refrigerator was not cooling. Sear's home service came the next day. They sent email updates on the technicians arrival and he arrived within the time they had stated 8 to 12. Technician diagnosed the problem and ordered parts, which should arrive at the house within two days. He will return the third day to install necessary parts. Technician was courteous and very efficient.
