Our window of time for repair was from 8 to 12. I called our technician at 11:45. Robert said he had just arrived at a job in Cibolo . He said he would text us when he was on his way. He did, and arrived at 12:30. But a heads -up would have been nice. As far as Robert, great work ethic. Happy with the repair.

Jeremiah was the third tech sent out, 1st 2, AHS and I switched to Sears Home Repair. AHS techs said it was a bad speed regulator and they replaced it. It never resolved the issue so I changed to Sears and Jeremiah came out, listened to it a couple of minutes and said he thought it was a clogged filter. Checked the filter, cleaned it and was finished in less than 20 minutes.
