Was extremely disappointed & Frustrated after three other technicians were scheduled to come to House and repair refrigerator. Aug 13 Parts were ordered, but one was on back order then order was canceled because Part was no longer available. After more than 10 calls, a claim # was issues to replace refrig. Next thing I hear is technician is on his way to install parts. Jorge P called house, I explained one part was missing which he stated ""I have one on the truck". REALLY why have I been waiting another month for this part? Jorge arrived at house Oct 9 and replaced all three parts with in one hour! He was very professional and apologized for the lousy service I had gotten in the last two months. You need more people like him that take their job Seriously and take care of their customers. Two month, (2 months) numerous run around, louse customer support, finally a technician that provided outstanding service. Thank you Jorge P.
