Gilbert, Sears Repair Service
Gilbert did an excellent job of finally getting my refrigerator working after 6 months and several other visits from Sears repairmen. Not only is he a very nice person, he knows what he is doing. On his first visit (October 17) he correctly diagnosed the problem (bad compressor) that 3 prior Sears repairmen had failed to recognize. He ordered a replacement compressor. A very damaged box containing the part arrived on 11/2. Gilbert returned on 11/21 and determined that the replacement part was damaged and would not work. He took it with him and ordered another part. On 11/30 the new replacement compressor arrived. On 12/5 Gilbert returned and installed the compressor and my refrigerator works. In the meantime, I found it necessary to purchase a new refrigerator and moved the Kenmore to my garage.
