We had Sears out 3 times, Jeremiah had to listen how upset I was, after the last tech left my refrigerator in worse condition than it was before. He quickly diagnosed that the last tech had not connected the wire once he installed the part. Thanks for taking the time for making it right.

James arrived and went right to work on finding the problem with the dryer. After checking the normal items, he took the dryer apart and found the belt had came off the spindle. he cleaned and vacuumed the area and the dryer worked correctly with the blower working as it it suppose to work. James is a true professional and explains the work being completed. I would recommend him to anyone needing a repair completed correctly.
