Jeremiah: Did a superb job. I would like him to come whenever I have problems with my appliances. Since I have a disability daughter, it made it easy for me to have a technician to come in and out as quickly. I also liked the time for him to come (9:30-10:30). Found what was wrong with the washer. Ordered a part. Found what was wrong with refrigerator.

This 5 star rating of the Technician. As for your company I'll rate is a 0 or low if I could. You have hired Offshore employees who can't speak English well and you have resorted to AI for customer communication. Both are bad and doesn't work for the majority of your Adult Customers. It's probably ok for these new Millennials because you both understand each other but, for the intelligent Adults Customers your sounds like we're talking to Fifty Graders.

Outstanding! Tom conducted the initial service check, ordered parts and the follow-on tepair visit which was very helpful because he knew the oven and it's issue - service continuity.
