Your automated system sucks. I tried to call someone to let them know the part ordered did not arrive. Eddie had to come back to my house to reorder the part. Finally on the third trip, the part was installed. Eddie was great but your AI system came me the worst customer experience. I will never use Sears again!!

just now New Jeremiah, our technician in San Antonio, was excellent! Very knowledgeable & efficient in refrigerator repair. 5 star rating out of 5! However, Sears Home Services, is a 0 rating out of 5! No one can speak to a real person! The AI is terrible. There were 3 prior automated appts scheduled that were no shows. 3 No shows! I was given a broad time window each time and had to take off from work for nothing! The diagnostic appt was on 6/3/26, ordered part and received on 6/4/26, with the final repair finally done on a Saturday, 6/20/26. The technicians can't even talk to anyone. Pathetic!
