Vince was here on his second visit. We are hoping his good work to replace a seal on the dishwasher will make the door operate correctly. So far it has popped open once again during use, so we'll see.

Since getting it, my wife complained the dishwasher was not working properly, until it no longer work. After the part was ordered, then waiting on service to install the part, three days later is broke again. Not sure if the ordered circuit board was new or refurbished. Now, I'm gonna have to put a second claim on it.

Why the technician leaves without checking that the ice maker is working or not, now I have to lose another day waiting for him to come back and repair the Ice Maker again

Juan is a very nice man. Unfortunately, we still don't have a repaired freezer. It should have been replaced a long time ago. This Frigidaire Upright 20 cf Freezer purchased in March 2021 has given us problems for over four years, first while still under manufacturer's warranty and subsequently under an extended warranty. The many service appointments confirmed multiple times by email and text were rescheduled at the very last minute on the morning of the appointment, after I had moved other appliances out of the way for the technician. On top of our disappointment the freezer is still not operating as intended, the old door which was replaced this time by Juan was left here for us to dispose...an out of pocket expense for us. The freezer was a lemon! I will be sharing my experience with BBB, Texas State Attorney General and every social media platform I can. As I said, Juan was a very polite service technician, but we received very poor support from the warranty company and manufacturer. Shame on Electrolux!

We were shocked by the price of clearing some ice off our freezer door- AND we were NOT given an estimate before he started working on it. In a short time and over $400 later Timothy cleared the ice.

ERNESTO WAS VERY NICE, ORDERED PARTS AND RETURNED TO FIX THE WASHER . UNFORTUNATELY I TRIED TO USE THE WASHER TODAY AND IT KEPT FILLING WITH WATER AND THEN EMPTYING, IT NEVER SPINS I HAD TO TURN THE WATER OFF TO THE WASHER AGAIN BECAUSE IT KEPT FILLING AND EMPTYING ALL AFTERNOON. IT NEVER SPIINS SO THAT I CAN PUT THE CLOTHES IN THE DRYER. ERNESTO NEEDS TO RETURN AND TRY ONCE AGAIN. I THINK THIS WASHER IS JUST A LEMON. IT NEVER HAS WORKED WELL. BY THE WAY MY HUSBAND JAMES HAS BEEN DECEASED FOR ALMOST 20 YEARS, I DON'T KNOW WHERE YOU GOT HIS NAME, I BOUGHT THE WASHER AND THE REPAIR PLAN. I'M SANDRA MCCOY
